We have in excess of 80 EcoHomes Assesments, processing at any one time. These range from pass through to excellent ratings.

We carry out SAP Assesments and provide all design advice to optimise these ratings.

Castlefields, Runcorn. Partnership consisting of Halton Borough Council, LHT, CDS Housing, Northwest Development Agency, The Housing Group and English Partnerships. Project inclused the master planning of approx. 350 new build dwellings to replace existing deck access. Flats new build developments. Energy Council is carrying out the SAP and EcoHomes Assesments for CDS on Nigel Walk 1 & 2, site 6,9 & 16, Rowlands Walk, Fitzwilliam & Delacy.
